Lease Amendment Form

Whenever the lessor and the lessee desire to change the terms of lease agreement, an amendment to lease form is used. It allows updating of changes in the lease agreement. For example, your lessee may be paying late payment every month, and your lease agreement does not contain any interest or late payment fees, so you can use the amendment to lease form to include such change. Also this form can be used if there has been a mistake in the form and is noticed after the signature by both the parties. Other reasons for amendment can be terms of lease, layout changes or lease renewal. Whatever is the reason for amendment both the parties should agree for the changes.

The amendment to lease form will contain the date of the original lease, the date of the lease amendment, details on provisions made to the original lease agreement and basic information such as names, addresses and contact information of both the lessor and lessee.
